Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to support and repair high-speed cash handling and automation equipment across an assigned territory. This is a customer-facing, field-based role ideal for someone with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working independently and solving technical problems onsite.
Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and equipment upgrades Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Maintain strong customer communication during service calls Manage parts inventory and service documentation Participate in an on-call rotation schedule Travel locally throughout assigned territory to support customers
Qualifications: 3–5 years of technical repair or field service experience preferred Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with circuitry, schematics, and diagnostics Backgrounds in ATM repair, copier repair, vending, industrial maintenance, military electronics, or similar industries highly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical field work
