IG Account Executive (Infusion / IVIG / SCIG)
Location: Virginia (Statewide Territory – must reside in VA or close proximity)
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base uncapped commission (OTE ~$300,000 )

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of specialty infusion therapy services, focused on delivering high-quality care in the most clinically appropriate and cost-effective outpatient setting. Through a national network of infusion centers and specialty pharmacy services, they partner with physicians, patients, and payors to improve access to complex therapies while enhancing the overall patient experience.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a statewide Virginia territory, with a specific focus on immunoglobulin (IG/IVIG/SCIG) and other specialty infusion therapies. While there is existing coverage in local markets, this role is designed to drive incremental growth, expand referral relationships, and deepen market penetration across the state.
Position Overview
The IG Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with physician practices and specialty clinics that treat patients requiring immunoglobulin and other infusion therapies.
This is a field-based, territory growth role requiring a strong hunter mentality, clinical understanding, and the ability to build trust with providers and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow infusion referrals across Virginia Identify, target, and secure new referral relationships with physician practices, specialty clinics, and health systems Call on specialties including Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Allergy/Asthma, Dermatology, and related fields Educate providers and office staff on IG therapies (IVIG/SCIG), infusion services, and site-of-care benefits Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learns to drive engagement and referrals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through referral conversion and account growth Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, pharmacy, reimbursement) to ensure a seamless patient onboarding experience Track territory activity, referral pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM
Qualifications 3 years of healthcare sales experience, with preference for: Infusion therapy Specialty pharmacy Buy-and-bill or specialty therapeutics Proven experience selling into physician offices and specialty clinics Strong understanding of infusion workflows, referral pathways, and reimbursement considerations Demonstrated success building a territory and generating new business Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Experience Direct experience with IG / IVIG / SCIG therapies Background calling on Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology, GI, Allergy, or Dermatology practices Familiarity with site-of-care optimization and specialty infusion models Pharma representatives with experience calling into these specialties are encouraged to apply
