Position: Account Executive - Infusion Therapy Services Location: Ideally within an hour of the Lynchburg/Roanoke/Danville Region Salary Range: $85-$100k base / $200k OTE Role Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales of infusion therapy services to clinics specializing in GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and other medical specialties as needed. This role demands a proactive, strategic, and knowledgeable professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential business opportunities within specified medical specialties in the Lynchburg/Roanoke/Danville Region. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinic decision-makers, and other key stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the infusion therapy landscape, industry trends, and competitor offerings to strategically position services. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and proposals that address the unique needs of each clinic. Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, ensuring services align with client needs. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in target specialties to address evolving market needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare sector, specifically targeting GI, Neurology, Dermatology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis clinics. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel regularly within the designated territory. ,
