Behavioral Health Therapist – Mental Health Only (No Substance Use Treatment)
2 Clinic Locations in Henry County
Job Responsibilities: Provide individual & group therapy using evidence-based practices Complete assessments, treatment plans, and timely documentation Support clients in crises, including safety assessments Connect individuals to community resources and services Collaborate with treatment teams & participate in supervision
Qualifications: Master’s degree leading to licensure (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) Eligible as QMHP or LPHA under Illinois Medicaid Compassion, professionalism & dedication to trauma-informed care
