About The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a diverse practice while working alongside experienced attorneys and gaining exposure to a variety of legal matters.

The practice includes corporate transactional work, community association law, collections, and other areas of general practice.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Assist with case preparation, discovery, evidence organization, and client coordination
• Support attorneys with client consultations and case strategy
• Assist with negotiations and settlement discussions
• Maintain organized case files and track important deadlines
• Research and stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments
• Assist with legal administrative tasks and documentation as needed
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to provide excellent client service
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar required or pending
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong legal drafting abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
