What You'll Do
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience initiatives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Front and Back of House team members.
- Support scheduling, staffing, purchasing, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.
- Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and serve as acting General Manager when needed.
- Assist in driving operational efficiencies while maintaining elevated service standards.
- 3 years of food and beverage management experience.
- Experience leading teams in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and staff development.
- Professional presence with a passion for hospitality excellence.
- WSET II, Introductory Sommelier certification, or equivalent beverage experience.
