This opportunity is ideal for a successful sales professional seeking to build a long-term book of business and recurring revenue stream rather than relying solely on first-year commissions.
Position Summary
The Area Vice President will be responsible for driving new business development throughout South Florida, partnering with employers to improve workforce strategy, employee benefits, HR technology, payroll infrastructure, compliance, and risk management solutions.
This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven sales role focused on generating new business and building long-term client partnerships. The position offers the ability to advise across multiple solutions, creating significantly greater earning potential than a traditional PEO-only sales position.
This is not an account management role.

Maintain Pipeline Activity And Opportunity Tracking Through
Zoho CRM SalesLoft LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advisory Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to employers by consulting on:
PEO Solutions Cost analysis Service evaluation Workers' compensation strategies HR support solutions Payroll infrastructure Technology platforms Employee Benefits Fully insured plans Level-funded plans Self-funded plans Alternative funding arrangements Cost containment strategies Workforce Strategy HR technology Payroll solutions Benefits administration Compliance initiatives Workforce optimization Cross-Selling Opportunities

Licensing Requirements
Candidates Must Currently Possess Or Be Willing To Obtain
Health & Life Insurance License
This licensing structure allows advisors to consult on both PEO and open-market employee benefits opportunities, significantly increasing flexibility and earning potential.
Compensation Base Salary
$75,000 – $100,000
Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, production history, and industry expertise.
Long-Term Book of Business Opportunity
The true value of this opportunity lies in building a recurring revenue book of business.
Unlike many PEO organizations that heavily emphasize first-year sales compensation, advisors participate in the long-term growth and retention of client relationships.
Residual Compensation Structure
Upon reaching a validation threshold equal to 4x annual base salary in recurring revenue, compensation transitions to a residual income model.
