What You’ll Do
Prospect, cold call, and network to develop new business across Phoenix
Meet with local business owners, marketing teams, and agencies
Present high-impact outdoor advertising solutions
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation ? proposal ? negotiation ? closing
Maintain pipeline and client communication in HubSpot CRM
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat revenue
Work closely with leadership to support overall market growth
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years in sales, customer service, or sales/marketing internships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Driven, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Comfortable with door-to-door outreach, field prospecting, and face-to-face selling

CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Experience in OOH, radio, print, or digital media sales
Existing network within the Phoenix advertising or business community
