NOW HIRING: Account Executive – Infusion Therapy Services
Location: South Dallas, TX (Territory-Based | Field Role)
Our client is a rapidly growing provider of infusion therapy services, partnering with specialty clinics and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. They work closely with clinics across GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology to provide innovative infusion solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to join a high-growth organization where you can take ownership of your territory, build meaningful partnerships, and significantly impact revenue growth.
Position Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships within specialty clinics throughout the South Dallas territory. This is a true hunter role with strong upside in long-term account management.
Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Rheumatology clinics Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinic managers, and key decision-makers Deliver tailored presentations and solutions based on each clinic’s patient and operational needs Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and ongoing account growth Maintain strong pipeline activity and consistently meet/exceed sales targets Track activity, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM tools Stay current on industry trends, payer dynamics, and competitive landscape Partner internally to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery
Qualifications (Must-Have) 3 years of healthcare sales experience Experience selling into specialty physician offices (GI, Neurology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Immunology strongly preferred) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to travel throughout the territory
Preferred Infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, biologics, or buy-and-bill experience Existing relationships within local specialty clinics RN license (nice to have, not required)
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (flexible for top performers) Uncapped commission (OTE $200K ) Car allowance mileage reimbursement Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with match Laptop phone provided
