Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience. • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient flow and minimize wait times.
• Assist the kitchen team by ensuring food orders are properly communicated and plated for timely delivery. • Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff in keeping the restaurant organized and running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring tables and common areas are neat and tidy.
• Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of the menu and the restaurant’s offerings.
