We’re opening the doors to a new concept and looking for a Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. This role is perfect for a leader who can run a polished floor, build a strong team culture, and deliver consistent hospitality every single shift.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily FOH operations including service flow, reservations, and guest experience
- Train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness
- Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH to keep service tight
- Handle guest recovery with confidence and care
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training systems
- Monitor sidework, opening/closing procedures, and service readiness
- Help drive sales through upselling, feature knowledge, and team motivation
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of FOH management experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a calm, solution-focused mindset
- Ability to hold standards while building a positive team culture
- Great communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong understanding of service steps, cocktails/beer/wine knowledge a plus
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable leading from the floor
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods
