The Manager will be responsible for supporting baristas throughout each shift, ensuring all drinks are made consistently and to standard, and maintaining an organized, efficient workflow. This position also includes scheduling staff, training new employees, managing inventory, and making sure all health and cleanliness standards are consistently met. A strong focus on customer service means the Manager should feel confident handling customer interactions and resolving any concerns in a professional, positive manner.
