Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with shipping and packaging services
- Operate POS system for transactions, including cash and card payments
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments (UPS, USPS, Amazon returns, etc.)
- Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and document services
- Pack items securely following company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing duties
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to lift packages (up to 40–50 lbs)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
