Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation .
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure food safety.
- Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations at all times.
- Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Perform dishwashing duties efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable.
