What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cookie Dough Baker position at Crave Cookies?
Looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who would like to be part of a team baking some of the greatest cookies in town.
Crave is looking for dependable morning bakers. The right candidates will arrive at 7:00 am and prep dough for the whole day supply of delicious gourmet cookies. We are looking for individuals who can work 4-5 hours a day up to 6 days a week. Measuring and combining ingredients, using mixers and ovens. Advancement opportunities are available to members who prove themselves by providing excellent service and demonstrating problem solving skills. Salary and responsibility are dependent on experience. We are open Monday- Saturday, closed Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping records relating to inventory, and production levels
- Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Reading and understand recipes
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies, shakes and drinks
Requirements:
- Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedule, fulfill orders, and create amazing products
- Ability to work in baking environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Must be 16 years or older to work the ovens and mixers

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
