Server/Bartender — Crave Burger Bar
Fairlee, VT | Part-Time / Full-Time
Crave Burger Bar is officially open, and we're looking to add another Server/Bartender to our team.
We're a chef-driven smash burger restaurant focused on great food, craft beer, wine, and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for someone who can bring energy to the front of house, take care of guests, and work well with a small, fast-moving team.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking orders via counter service and providing friendly, attentive service
- Serving beer, wine, craft sodas, and food
- Making guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Running food and maintaining the dining/bar area
- Handling POS transactions accurately
- Opening and closing FOH
- Restocking and maintaining a clean workspace
- Working closely with the kitchen during busy service
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with guests
- Able to stay organized during a rush
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Restaurant, serving, or bartending experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Must meet Vermont requirements for serving alcohol
Schedule: Crave is currently open Thursday–Sunday, with the possibility of adding Wednesday service.
Pay: $7.21/hour tips
We're a new restaurant with a small crew, so we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building Crave from the beginning.
