Requirements for Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN):
Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN Massachusetts state license and current CPR certification.
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties for Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN):
Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
Supervise 3p-11p RN, LPN, and CNA staff
Ensure and provide high-quality care
