BaneCare Management is seeking a dependable Cook to support our dietary teams at:
Craneville Place Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation – Dalton, MA
Springside Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center – Pittsfield, MA
Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community – Dalton, MA
Responsibilities:
Prepare meals according to planned menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines.
Ensure meals are nutritious, appetizing, and served according to established portion control standards.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
Assist with meal service and kitchen operations as needed.
Support the Food Service Director and dietary staff at each community.
Travel between all three locations based on operational needs.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience required; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen teams.
Reliable transportation and willingness to work at all three locations.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
ServSafe Certification
