Client Success Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal operations teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Proactively manage client expectations, provide regular performance updates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s supply chain, business priorities, and operational challenges.
• Lead regular business reviews, presenting KPIs, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Oversee day-to-day logistics execution within the 4PL model, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor shipment performance, capacity planning, exception management, and freight billing accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with client SOPs, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service quality.
• Assist in onboarding new clients or expanding existing client scopes.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus 
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, some light lifting may be required in some instances.   
• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment 

Education & Experience

• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain required
• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to lead teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and resolve issues with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
