Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
Crane Rehab Center is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing multidisciplinary team! This is a school-based position providing behavioral services within one of our partner schools in the Greater New Orleans area.
As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans that help students achieve meaningful success in the classroom and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians, as applicable
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, school staff, and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Ensure services meet BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Louisiana licensure
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
