Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Your expertise will help improve client outcomes through data-driven strategies, clinical supervision, and collaborative communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment planning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards in behavior analysis
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and support client goals
  • Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and behavioral health screenings in various settings including home-based environments and schools
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessments, and behavior intervention strategies
  • Experience working with individuals across different settings such as home-based programs or school environments
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and clinical supervision practices
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients’ families, educational teams, and healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient care and medical records management
