This full-time, on-site Property Manager role in Toledo, OH, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Crane Development's portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing property maintenance and tenant relations, coordinating vendor services, executing leasing strategies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and preparing financial reports. The Property Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve property value and tenant satisfaction. Qualifications
- Property management experience—including tenant communication, lease negotiation, and lease administration.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage maintenance, inspections, and operational challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing operational expenses.
- General knowledge of compliance with local, state, and federal property management laws and codes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, tenants, and vendors.
