The Industrial Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring optimal machine performance to meet production goals. The Technician will work collaboratively with the maintenance team, adhere to safety protocols, and document maintenance activities to maintain compliance standards. This role will also include involvement in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to increase equipment reliability and effectiveness.
- Experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and Troubleshooting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Hands-on skills in Repair and Preventative Maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Understanding of Safety Standards and compliance protocols in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance; additional certifications are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts or on-call as needed to support 24/7 operations.
