Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Performance Management
- Own full P&L responsibility for the new production business unit.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across all departments to drive accountability and performance.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
- Oversee sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain key customer and partner relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the new overhead crane production division aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives to expand market share and profitability.
- Partner with executive leadership to establish long-term vision, capital investment plans, and organizational priorities.
- Ensure engineering excellence in crane design, innovation, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency, standardization, and cost optimization.
- Support development of new products and custom solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
- Lead production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Implement lean production and process improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce costs.
- Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and supply chain coordination.
- Ensure seamless project execution from order through installation and commissioning.
- Drive consistency in project management practices, timelines, and customer communication.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in field operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team across Sales, Engineering, Production, and Installation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality certifications.
- Champion a safety-first culture across production and field operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in production, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience reporting directly to C-suite executives and contributing to executive-level strategy.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, operations, and field services.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Deep understanding of project-based production and installation environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in overhead cranes, material handling equipment, or heavy industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with OSHA and other relevant safety and regulatory standards.
