Crandall & Katt, Attorneys at Law, a prestigious personal injury law firm, located in the heart of Roanoke, VA., is seeking a full-time Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits with performance-based bonus opportunities, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM — no evenings or weekends required.
Our paralegals work in a professional, collaborative, and autonomous environment where their contributions are genuinely valued. In this role, you will support your supervising attorney through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation, fulfilling a critical role in delivering excellent results for our clients.
While 2 years of paralegal or insurance claims/subrogation experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism and initiative, has a strong commitment to the profession and client service, and has demonstrated the following:
· High School Diploma
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Strong negotiation and client service skills
· Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to write and interpret/translate both written and
verbal communications
