What are the responsibilities and job description for the KIDS CLUB ATTENDANT, PARKS & RECREATION position at Cranberry Township?
Cranberry Township Parks and Recreation is currently accepting applications for Kids Club Attendants to work varying shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM in our Kids Club Plus program. This position is responsible for providing a safe, fun environment, assisting with activities, crafts and games with enthusiasm and age-appropriate instruction, providing feedback to parents about child's behavior, as well as other duties as assigned. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age. Experience in working with children is preferred. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency. An Early Education or related degree, college credits and/or certificate preferred. A minimum of at least one year of childcare experience is preferred. The starting pay for this position is $13.50 per hour. Applicants must obtain all necessary childcare clearances for state certification upon hire.
