Job Description:
Crain Kia of Fort Smith is seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The Service Lube Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Duties may include performing routine maintenance, conducting inspections, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Performing vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests
- Change Oil
- Rotate Tires
- Identifying and repairing mechanical issues
- Completing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Communicating with customers about vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or similar role
- ASE certification preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
