We are seeking a Service Advisor who can build relationships with customers, communicate effectively, and help create an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming experience
- Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle needs accurately
- Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle requirements
- Providing estimates and explaining repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Coordinating repairs with technicians and monitoring progress
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after the visit
- Building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintaining accurate records and following dealership processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and team members
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
