Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport parts to customers, dealerships, and service centers.
- Load and unload parts carefully to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery orders and ensure accuracy of parts being delivered.
- Maintain communication with the parts department and customers regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assist with inventory management and organization of parts as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Fort Smith CDJR professionally at all times.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery driving, preferably in automotive parts or related industry.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy parts (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Fort Smith and surrounding areas preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
