Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities maintenance and help keep the center safe, comfortable, and operational for residents and staff. This hands-on role combines team leadership, maintenance management, and technical troubleshooting.

Duties

• Supervise and manage the facilities; assign work, coordinate projects, and oversee maintenance repair procedures.
• Plan and perform industrial and facilities maintenance, including mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, and plumbing system maintenance and repair.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems .
• Use Microsoft Office to track work orders, maintenance, and project progress.
• Your impact: Reliable repairs and safe facilities help residents enjoy a comfortable environment and enable staff to provide care.

Qualifications

• Supervising experience, leadership, management, team management, and project management skills; experience in long-term care setting is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge, electrical troubleshooting, and facilities management.
• Knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements, safety regulations, maintenance repair procedures, and facilities maintenance management.
• Ability to communicate in English and coordinate maintenance work clearly and professionally.
• Must pass extensive background check

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
