Full-Service Payroll Clerk (On-Site)
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to manage full-service payroll operations for a multi-company construction group. This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote work is not available.
Responsibilities
- Perform in house payroll.
- Handle payroll tax filings and ensure compliance
- Manage prevailing wage tracking
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
- Assist with job costing and labor tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction payroll
- Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll
- Ability to manage payroll across multiple companies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Position Detail
- Full-time
- On-site only (no remote work)
- Compensation based on experience
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
