Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management & Client Visits:

  • Manage and develop a regional territory of independent jewelry stores, conducting regular in-person visits to strengthen long-term relationships.


New Business Development:

  • Prospect and acquire new retail partners through field visits, networking, referrals, and attendance at industry events and trade shows.
  • Present the company’s full product line during face-to-face meetings to demonstrate value and open new accounts.


Product Presentation & Merchandising:

  • Showcase loose diamonds, diamond studs, bracelets, and Riviera necklaces during store visits.
  • Assist jewelers with inventory planning and rotation, ensuring they maintain fast-selling assortments aligned with consumer demand.


Sales Goals & Performance:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a consultative, in-person selling approach.
  • Utilize proven scripts and CRM insights to plan visits, track performance, and close deals efficiently.


Weekly Specials & Inventory Collaboration:

  • Promote weekly specials during customer visits and help retailers choose tailored assortments that move quickly.
  • Work closely with the inventory manager to review CRM data, manage client needs, and align stock with territory demand.


Client Education & Value Proposition:

  • Educate clients on the company’s competitive advantages, including light brilliance certification, unparalleled selection, and trusted trade-in policies.
  • Provide guidance that helps jewelers improve assortment performance and grow their diamond categories.


Team Collaboration:

  • Participate in weekly meetings with the sales manager and sales team to align goals, strategy, and territory performance.
  • Communicate field insights to internal teams to support overall sales initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE WHOLESALE EXPERIENCE or LUXURY GOODS
  • Experience opening and closing new accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person client engagement.
  • Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned regional territory (50–70%).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan efficient store-visit schedules.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and leverage technology-driven feedback and coaching.
