Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, routers, plasma tables, or
engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, work orders, setup
requirements.
- Load materials, fixtures, and tooling while ensuring proper machine
- Monitor machine operation and make approved offsets or adjustments
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring
indicators, and gauges.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure
- Identify machining issues, tooling wear, or equipment concerns and
personnel.
- Replace worn tooling and perform routine machine maintenance,
- Deburr, clean, and prepare machined components for assembly,
- Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality documentation
- Assist with fixture changes, tooling organization, and machine
- Work under supervision to meet customer specifications, quality
- Maintain equipment, tools, and workstations n a clean, organized,
