What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gooseneck Delivery Driver position at Craftmasters Laser and Fabrication?
Truck Driver Class C
Job Expectations
- - Coordinate with shipping manager(s) for deliveries and pickups.
- - Must be able to handle paperwork according to required procedures.
- - Load the trailers using forklifts and secure with straps.
- - Deliver to customers on-time and without incident.
- Trucks are 1-ton with gooseneck or tag-along trailers.
- Consists of local deliveries, some regional (2-3 hours one-way).
- Occasional early morning runs/late returns may be required.
- Will be in charge of maintenance of the trucks and keeping records up to date.
- Overtime available.
- Driving will not be full time, this job will include cross-training in the shipping department.
- Must have Gooseneck 1 ton experience.
- Must have valid license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $19 depending on experience w/90 day probationary period.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
