Senior Marketing Copywriter, Agency-Side
Charlotte, NC hybrid role — in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with optional remote work Monday and Friday.
About the Role
Crafted is looking for a Senior Marketing Copywriter to join our Creative team and help bring complex B2B ideas to life through clear, compelling content.
This is more than a writing role—it’s a thinking role. You’ll partner with strategists, designers, and subject matter experts (including engineers) to translate technical concepts into messaging that’s engaging, relevant, and effective.
You’ll work across industries like industrial technology and manufacturing, creating both long-form and campaign-driven content, while leveraging our proprietary AI platform to work smarter and faster.
What You’ll Do
- Write high-quality content across formats: case studies, white papers, blogs, ads, emails, landing pages, and video scripts
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, strategists, designers, and AI tools to bring ideas to life
- Translate complex technical subject matter into clear, benefit-driven messaging
- Contribute to campaign development, messaging, and concepting
- Conduct research using client materials, SME interviews, and independent sources
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and channel best practices
- Edit and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of copywriting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio with both long-form and short-form B2B work
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical industries preferred
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
- Experience working from briefs, SME input, and multiple information sources
- Familiarity with AI tools or generative content platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
