Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down bar areas and service stations
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Deliver friendly, professional guest service
- Follow company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with catering and event teams
- Previous bartending or catering experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- TABC Certification
- Texas Food Handler Certification
- Indoor and outdoor event settings
