As part of Craft & Crew Hospitality, you'll work alongside experienced culinary leaders, help develop your kitchen team, and have opportunities to grow within our restaurant group. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the line, teaching others, and making a difference in the kitchen every day.

What you'll do

• Lead kitchen shifts and work alongside the crew through prep and service.

• Keep food quality, consistency, presentation, and ticket execution on track.

• Train, coach, and support kitchen staff with clear expectations and helpful feedback.

• Help manage food costs, inventory, portioning, and waste.

• Support scheduling and labor management based on business needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.

• Partner with culinary leadership on menu development and execution.

• Communicate with the front-of-house and management teams to deliver a great guest experience.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of restaurant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong cooking skills and the ability to lead during a busy service.

• Experience with food costing, labor management, and scheduling.

• Clear communication and the ability to delegate, coach, and hold people accountable.

• A team-first approach and willingness to jump in where needed.

• Availability for a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
