When the doors are closed, you go full detail-mode-running scheduled counts (Metrc/high‑potency, vapes, flower, pre-rolls, wax, plus bimonthly gummies/drinks and the monthly full-store sweep) and entering everything accurately in Blaze.
Midweek brings your one-hour leadership huddle: you walk through discount reports, store metrics, what's winning, and what needs an immediate pivot-then trade new product ideas and keep vendor conversations moving. You lock next week's schedule by Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. Each day ends with a clean manager log, tight drawer/safe control, updated safe totals, and ATM/change needs handled. Monday is go-time for payroll-submitted by 10am.

- Inventory management strength and comfort with POS systems and reporting
