Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service.

Open availability appreciated with willingness to work a combination of days and nights and weekends.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Wash dishes
- Keeps work area clean and organized
- May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, or Line.
- Transfers refuse, used linen, cardboard, etc. to proper areas
- Complete required cleaning/disinfecting/sanitizing procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned by leader/manager
- Ability to stand on feet for extended period of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
