Overview
We are seeking a highly organized person to manage day-to-day operations of our office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of office resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational kills, ability to maintain records both manually and digitally, and have neat legible penmanship.
Managing multi-line phone systems, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payroll and related taxes, accounts receivable/payable.
- Support administrative functions including email correspondence,
- Familiarity with Word Perfect (or willingness to learn), scanning and attaching documents to email.
- Provide clerical support such as typing reports, maintaining filing systems, and managing office communications to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office setting and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Word Perfect or similar word processing program, and basic computer literacy.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support protocols.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software for financial tasks is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills including proofreading and clear verbal interaction.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, data entry, and record keeping to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
