What You'll Do - You'll Make The Moment
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate store-level P&L’s. Analyzes and reconciles stores’ General Ledger (GL) expense accounts, accrues and adjusts monthly store expenses as needed, audits store level financial information for inconsistencies, and communicates directly with restaurant management staff as needed to ensure quality store financial statements. Researches issues raised by store management. Compiles supporting documentation and prepares reports to substantiate transactions or amounts in question.
- Responsible for monitoring and reconciling restaurant food inventories. Ensures accurate recording of food inventories and related purchases.
- Responsible for monitoring and reconciling restaurant receivables and bank statements, ensures timely and accurate recording of receivables and related write-offs, researches discrepancies in bank statement and GL cash account, and communicates with store management regarding errors and write-offs.
