Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities using data insights and stakeholder inputs
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through delivery and continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, success metrics, and KPIs
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI using data and analytics
- Drive Agile processes including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams on architecture, integrations, and data models
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction
- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of product management experience in enterprise or technology-driven environments
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and analytics
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical or data-focused products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks
