Full-Time & Part-Time Available
We’re hiring Front of House team members who are friendly, outgoing, dependable, coachable, and comfortable connecting with guests in a fast-paced restaurant.
Our Tulsa location serves guests until 2:00 AM, with closing shifts typically ending around 3:00 AM after side work and closing duties are complete.
If you naturally enjoy talking to people, bringing good energy into a room, and making guests feel welcome, this could be a great fit.
At The Crab & Catfish Co., FOH is more than taking orders. We expect our team to greet guests with confidence, start conversations, guide them through the menu, make recommendations, check back, keep drinks filled, prepare our house cocktails, maintain a clean dining room, and support the team throughout the shift.
Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required if you are dependable, comfortable with people, and willing to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage guests with confidence
- Start conversations and create a welcoming experience
- Explain the menu and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare and serve house cocktails according to company recipes
- Check back throughout the meal
- Refill drinks and pre-bus tables
- Confirm to-go orders are complete
- Complete assigned side work and cleaning
- Follow our Steps of Service and company checklists
- Support teammates during busy shifts
- Communicate guest concerns or mistakes quickly
- Complete closing responsibilities before leaving
