Compensation:Uncapped Commission | $100,000 Income Potential
Responsibilities:
- Market off-market properties to our network of cash buyers through email, phone, text, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, flippers, landlords, and cash buyers.
- Manage and grow the buyer database within the CRM.
- Coordinate property walkthroughs and buyer showings.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize assignment fees and profitability.
- Manage transactions from contract to closing, working closely with title companies and attorneys.
- Track buyer activity, property status, and key performance metrics.
- Partner with the Acquisitions team to match each property with the right buyer and ensure successful closings.
Take ownership of the dispositions process and play a key role in turning contracts into profitable, successful deals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in wholesale real estate, dispositions, real estate sales, or investor relations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the Richmond and Greater Virginia investment market is highly preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and productivity tools to manage pipelines.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and driven by measurable results.
