$100,000 Commission Potential
Responsibilities:- Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
- Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
- Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
