  • Post and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms and ensure job postings remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and suitability for field roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with site supervisors and hiring managers while ensuring efficient movement of candidates through the hiring pipeline.
  • Manage large-scale recruiting efforts associated with new venue launches, major events, or seasonal staffing increases.
  • Develop standardized recruiting processes and tools that support consistent hiring practices across locations.
  • Initiate onboarding documentation and monitor completion through digital onboarding systems such as DocuSign.
  • Submit and track background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements where applicable.

  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to confirm start dates, assignments, and readiness for new hires prior to their first shift.
  • Enter new employee information into payroll and HR systems and ensure all employee records are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain organized employee documentation and ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates, supervisors, and internal teams regarding hiring status, onboarding progress, and staffing updates.
  • Leverage AI resources/software to increase efficiencies, streamline processes and maximize existing resources.
