Pastry Production Assistant (Cutting & Shaping)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM. This is not a flexible schedule, if these hours do not work for you please do not apply.
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our pastry production team. No prior pastry experience is required—we provide all training.
Responsibilities include:
- Dressing and finishing pastries each morning before service.
- Rolling croissant dough every Wednesday.
- Cutting, shaping, and preparing croissant dough daily.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Assisting with general pastry production as needed.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency and attention to detail. You'll learn traditional pastry techniques and become an important part of our daily production process.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
