Job Description:
- Responsible for overall site administration (PO enters, timesheets, etc.) while reporting to the Site Supervisor
- Assists in the administration of receiving of truck loads / checking in drivers
- Records amounts of materials or items received via appropriate computer program
- Assist site supervisor with general office administration
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Pay Scale: Not applicable
Shifts:
1st shift and 2nd shift
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience using Blue Yonder
- High communication skills both written and oral
- Strong focus on customer service (when dealing with both internal and external customers)
- Organizational skills
- Mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Microsoft office experience (excel, outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
- Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Safety shoes are required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Other duties as assigned
