What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd shift builders position at CPS Wood Products?
CPS Wood Products is looking 2nd shift full-time Builders in our Martin, TN warehouse.
Job Responsibilities/Experiences:
- Hours are 3:30pm-2am.
- Must have reliable transportation and good attendance!
- Use hand and power tools to assemble parts to build specific crates and crate components.
- Must be able to distinguish between different lumber grades.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to read a tape measure, blue prints, and schematics
- Use other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in manufacturing assembly lines preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Ability to use power tools and hand equipment including but not limited to saws, drills, grinders, hammers, wrenches, etc.
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending over, and standing for long periods of time.
- DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED!
