What You'll Do
- Develop and grow new business through financial advisors, CPAs, investment professionals, and referral partners.
- Consult with business owners on retirement plan design and TPA services.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities from prospecting through implementation.
- Deliver presentations and educate prospective clients on retirement plan solutions.
- Collaborate with internal administration and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.
- 3 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, with a TPA.
- Previous business development, relationship management, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), profit-sharing, and cash balance plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exceed sales goals.
- Industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, or AIF are a plus.
- Base salary of $80,000-$100,000
- Uncapped commission on new business
